Hotel Graal - Ravello

The hotel really shows its age. The pool area was a bit too small and the base was dirty with sediment, not what you'd expect for a four-star place. Room decor seemed outdated, and I found the bed cover worn-definitely in need of a refresh. The shower felt cramped and lacked adequate water pressure. It seemed like staying in different hotels when we changed rooms, which didn't seem fair for other guests either.

Tidy and fabulous hotel, incredible and magnificent location near the town square. Amazing continental breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice & pastries, enjoyed the food choices. Location close enough to center of Ravelllo, very easy to get to compared to other hotels in ravello and bus stop and city center.

We truly enjoyed the room, gorgeous food.

The breakfast was marvellous and tasty and included. Its location was very central, quite close to Piazza Centrale.

This place suits me perfectly! The friendly staff helped me find my lost necklace on my first stay. I enjoy the seasonal outdoor pool, 24-hour reception, and the paid airport shuttle. I highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

The view

A somewhat tired hotel in need of modernisation. Quite expensive, even for the fantastic view. Staff courteous but no more.

the air conditioning was kinda noisy but the views from our balcony were breathtaking. the staff were super friendly and helpful all around. plus, the buffet breakfast had just everything you could imagine. pool was really clean and relaxing too!

This is a marvellous hotel per friendly, efficiency, location. We will return as often as possible. The restaurant food was lovely and it's no wonder Frommer's used the Graal view for the cover of their book! It is an exquisite view! The staff is remarkably warm and at all times assist in any manner possible. We fell in love all over again because of the ease offered by the hotel!

Breakfast at Graal was pure bliss! The fresh pastries, especially the marmalade, were delicious enough to write home about. And let's not forget those amazing views from the balcony that feel like a postcard come to life- divine! Plus, the pool was a perfect retreat after a day of exploring.

While everything was mostly peachy, I felt the reception staff could've sprinkled a bit more warmth into their service. We hit a snag with transport when the road to Amalfi was closed, and it would've been stellar for them to give us a heads-up instead of playing hide-and-seek with that tiny notice.

The owner and staff make you very welcome. The sea views from our room were beautiful. The town of Ravello is delightful to walk around and explore it's history. It's a very good hotel and we would stay there again.

I recently stayed here for 2 nights, and it was fantastic! The sea view from the balcony was simply breathtaking, and I loved lounging by the pool with such amazing views. Breakfast was delightful, with a great variety that kept me coming back for more!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. There were magnificent views of the bay from our room, the dinning room and swimming pool area. We thought the restaurant was good and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. It was also very convenient for the local bus and taxi rank about 100 .yards and 300 yards from the main town square

Convenient location, spectacular views, clean, comfortable bedrooms great swimming pool, excellent food, friendly staff.
